Project Call 1.0

Initiated in November of 2015, proposals were sought from three broad topic areas:

• Manufacturing for human health and performance monitoring systems
• Manufacturing for asset monitoring systems
• Medical devices for wearable/medical human health monitoring systems

More than 70 preproposals were received, with 16 advancing to the full proposal round. Project Call 1.0 awarded eight projects at a total value of $14.7M, comprised of cost-share contribution and $6.1M in government funding.
