NextFlex News – December 2024
Dear Colleagues and Friends,
As I look to the coming year, I am very excited about the opportunities ahead for hybrid electronics. Every day brings new potential challenges for which NextFlex is well positioned to address, both in technology advancement and growing the US manufacturing ecosystem, as well as in education and workforce development. I consistently hear from members about the many good outcomes they’ve had in working with NextFlex, and we appreciate all who put in the effort to contribute to the member community. That said, we can do more, and I hope to hear from you about your priorities and how we can help propel the hybrid electronics manufacturing community forward by working together.
2025 will mark our 10-year anniversary, which will be an opportunity to reflect on our beginnings, the progress we’ve made to date, and define our vision for what the next 10 years can be. Our anniversary celebration will launch at Innovation Days, which will be held March 25 and 26 in Santa Clara, CA. In conjunction with Innovation Days, we will also launch PC 10.0, our tenth project call, with teaming and proposer’s events on March 27. For the first time in a long time, we will open registration for Innovation Days on the first day (the 25th) to anyone who is interested in learning more about NextFlex and the work the community is doing in hybrid electronics. The second day (the 26th), however, will only be open to NextFlex tiered and Observer members. Follow thisĀ link to register, and if you’d like to share a story about how the integration of hybrid electronics is key to your new products or manufacturing processes, we’d love to hear about it.
Sincerely,
Dan Gamota, Ph.D.
