NextFlex News – PC 10.0 Announced
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
I are very pleased to announce that today we released Project Call 10.0. Building from the success of past project calls, PC 10.0 uses broadly defined topics to enable a diverse proposer base, with special emphasis on areas in which hybrid electronics can impact high-priority U.S. manufacturing opportunities and areas of emerging importance within the electronics manufacturing community. PC 10.0 emphasizes projects that focus on solving manufacturing challenges and demonstrate key capabilities enabled by hybrid electronics.
The topics for PC 10.0 include:
- Topic 10.1: Maturing and Derisking Hybrid Electronics Manufacturing Processes and Devices
- Topic 10.2: AI/ML for Design, Manufacturing, and Qualification of Hybrid Electronics
- Topic 10.3: Hybrid Electronics Platform Demonstrator
- Topic 10.4: Additive Manufacturing and Repair of Electronics in the Defense Industrial Base
- Topic 10.5: Platform Demonstrator for Reduced Life Cycle Costs and Improved DoD Readiness
- Topic 10.6: Open Topic for “New Project Leads”
I hope you will join us on Thursday, March 27 for the PC 10.0 Proposer’s Day and Teaming Event. It will take place from 8 AM to 12 PM Pacific, both in person at the NextFlex offices in San Jose, CA and virtually. If you would like to register for the event, you can do so here: Click here to register.
The teaming event will provide you the opportunity to share your proposal ideas, technical capabilities, and connect with potential project collaborators. Each proposer will be allowed a single slide and two minutes to pitch their proposal idea or interest in joining a proposal team. Proposers may pitch ideas for multiple topics, but this may be limited based on total number of proposers. If you would like to participate in this event, please attach your PowerPoint slide to this form and submit it by Monday, March 24.
I also hope to see you at Innovation Days next week. It will be my first time hosting the event, rather than attending it, and I am looking forward to speaking with many of you there.
Sincerely,
Dan Gamota, Ph.D.
